6 years ago today, I became a Mom.
6 years ago today, my world changed.
6 years ago today, this precious gift came into my life.
The last 6 years have been an adventure.
I have laughed and I have cried.
I have felt inadequate
and I have felt fear.
I have felt happiness & hope
but most of all I have felt LOVE.
I have learned so much in the last 6 years,
about myself,
about life,
about love,
about being a Mom.
I look forward to the future.
I look forward to seeing how this precious life unfolds.

DeleteHappy 6th Birthday to your beautiful daughter. I know how fast those years went for you because my first born granddaughter turned 6 in December and I was amazed at how fast it went for her. And yes, her Mommy will always be my baby no matter what age. :-)

DeleteI sure hope it doesn't go by too much faster. I can only imagine what the next few years will be like - it feels like they are growing so fast but I am enjoying the ride.
What a sweet little baby she was!! She's so lucky to have you for a mama, and I can only imagine how fast it's gone by. With a 1 and 3-year old, I'm amazed at how big they are already. Enjoy the birthday festivities, and happy, happy birthday.
