It is super simple...you copy her drawing on the fabric in pencil, put it in a hoop, thread the needle with 3 strands of floss, tie a knot, and she is off and sewing! We used a back stitch, but there are all kinds of simple stitches you can teach them. For the fabric we used some cloth napkins I had because they have finished edges already.
